February 3, 2010–Rapidan Chapter Meeting Minutes
The membership meeting was called to order by Pres. Rob Paul. He thanked everyone for coming tonight, and then led introductions around the room. There were 26 people present, 4 of whom were new and interested in fishing. Three new email addresses were added to chapter distribution list.
- Doug Farmer gave the Treasurer’s Report, with a balance of $10,384. The VCTU mailer Montana & rod raffle ticket sales for fishing show were going well this year, especially the rod raffle tickets (3 premium rod prizes). He recommended that a self-addressed envelop be required by ticket requesters for next year, as some requests were illegible. Fred will implement next year. Read more »
